Shipping
Your order will be processed within three business days. Shipping is handled by UPS Ground, and you will receive tracking information via e-mail once your order ships.
Return policy
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a viable shipping address. We are not responsible for the item if UPS has to make several delivery attempts. If an item is returned by UPS due to nondelivery and the fault is not ours, we will unfortunately be unable to issue a refund.
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so that we may arrange for a return and credit. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order.
Please note that we are unable to refund shipping and handling on returns.
